Coins & More is a company founded in 2018 and based near Strasbourg in Alsace, France.

At the core of its foundation: a real passion, a passion for the world of numismatics and the wonders it conceals.

With a constantly evolving portfolio, Coins & More aims to offer everyone, amateurs and collectors alike, access to collector and investment coins at the best possible price.

Where can I find all the information about a specific coin?

Each of our product sheets is accompanied by a description of its characteristics.

This description, which is accessible under the description, indicates (in a non-exhaustive way) the country, the year, the value, the metal, the purity, the weight, the condition as well as the edition of the coin or object. You will also find information on its packaging.

How does the pre-order system work?

Some coins on sale on the website are pre-ordered. If your order contains one or more of these coins, the whole order will be shipped only upon receipt of all the coins that compose it. The estimated date of receipt of the pre-ordered coins is indicated on each product sheet (note: this availability date is subject to change in the event of a delay in supply).

You can check the availability date of an ordered coin at any time in your invoice overview in your customer section.

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all types of payment that appear on the order page. This includes (but not limited to) payment by PayPal, credit card, bank transfer and many local payment methods. For French residents, payment by check is also available.

What currencies do you accept?

The default currency of the website is the euro (€), but you can also display prices and pay in dollars. To do so, just click on the "EUR €" button at the top of the page, between the choice of language and your wish list and choose the option "USD $".

LOYALTY POINTS

What is the purpose of loyalty points?

With each new order you place, you accumulate loyalty points (2€ = 1 loyalty point). These can be transformed into a discount voucher (10 points = 1€).

How does it work?

When you place a new order on the site you accumulate loyalty points in your customer section. You can transform these points into discount vouchers that you can use immediately. Each voucher generated has one year as a maximum usage period.

I made a purchase but I didn't receive the points, why?

Points are redeemed once the payment has been accepted.

DELIVERY

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver worldwide!

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time varies according to your country of residence but also according to the means of delivery you opt for. The shipments are all made from France.

Your package is generally given to the carrier 24-48 hours after your order (subject to availability of coins).

The delivery time in France is usually between 2 and 5 days.

International delivery time is usually between 7 and 18 days.

For an express delivery, please choose the FEDEX delivery method.

How much does delivery cost?

Our delivery costs depend on the weight and shape of the item you buy, as well as the desired destination. For an accurate estimate, please add an item to your shopping cart and enter your address.

Shipping costs (national and international) are free for all orders over 200€.

We also offer express delivery in partnership with FEDEX at the special rate of 19.95€ for Europe.

How do I track my package?

Once your order has been shipped, you can check the delivery status of the package at any time by clicking on the tracking number in the order overview in your customer section.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

In case of loss or theft of your package, we will do our best to recover it. If these steps do not succeed and your package is not recovered, we will send you a replacement package (subject to availability of coins). If this is not possible, we will then proceed to an immediate refund of your order.
