Scratch Game Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditionsapply to the Coins and More Scratch Game from January 25 to March 01, 2024 and are available only in English or in French. The Promoter is Coins & More of 23 Rue des Vergers, 67880 Innenheim with Registration number 88483413600019. The Responsible Person is: Victor WALTER of 23 Rue des Vergers, 67880 Innenheim.

1.      General Rules

1.1.   By entering this scratch game, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any entry and participation instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Any entries not complying with these Terms and Conditions will not be valid. Participation presupposes the unconditional acceptance of the terms of the scratch game.

1.2.   This scratch game is only open to individuals aged 18 years or over. Any person who has entered the scratch game and who is found to be under 18 years of age will automatically forfeit any prize. The Promoter reserves the right to require proof of identity and age.

1.3.   Coins & More employees are not eligible to participate.

2.      How to Enter

For every 50€ spent on our shop (www.coinsandmore.fr) you will receive an exclusive scratching ticket for a total supply of 800 tickets. For pre-orders, tickets will be send when all products from the order are available. Any ticket that has not been distributed by the end of the campaign will be destroy.

3.      Dates

The scratch game will be held from January 25 to March 01, 2024.

4.      Prizes

Eight tickets out of eight hundred are considered winners and will reveal, once scratched, the design of the new coin from Coins & More as well as a promotional code to enter when ordering to obtain the coin for free when it'll become available to order.

5.      Personal Data

5.1.   The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Law No. 2018-493 of June 20, 2018 on the protection of personal data and the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) (GDPR).

5.2.   Each participant is solely responsible for the complete and correct completion and submission of his data and the provision of incorrect data gives the Promoter the right to exclude him/her from the scratch game and might result  in the winner to be dismissed form any claim for the prize.

5.3.   By participating in the scratch game, each participant is considered to have consented and voluntarily provided his personal data to Coins & More for the purpose of the above scratch game.

6.      Miscellaneous

6.1.   If a winning ticket is not used, there is no obligation to return the prize.

6.2.   Coins & More reserves the right to suspend or terminate the scratch game if there is a serious reason or when a competent authority asks us to do so. If the reason for the suspension of the scratch game is a participant, Coins & More may claim compensation from the individual for the damage suffered.

6.3.   Coins & More is not liable in any way for any indirect or direct damages that may result from participation in the contest or from the inability to access the Internet server any technical failures, especially for power outages, electronic failures or computer failures, unless caused by gross negligence or fraud.

6.4.   Coins & More is not responsible for any defects in the prize or for any other reason and does not assume or assume any obligation towards the participants and / or the winner.

6.5.   Complaints regarding the conduct of the scratch game should be addressed to the Promoter in writing within seven (7) days from the notification of the cause, to contact@coinsandmore.fr.
