This impressive set features two 1/2 kilo medals struck in .999 fine copper, forming a captivating maritime legend in high relief. The first medal depicts a historic sailing ship caught in violent seas as a colossal sea creature rises from the depths, its tentacles wrapping around the hull in a dramatic struggle. The second medal reveals a close-up portrait of the mythical kraken, its piercing eye and powerful tentacles emerging with remarkable detail. Enhanced with selective glow-in-the-dark elements, the creature’s suction cups and eye illuminate in darkness, creating a striking visual effect that brings the legend to life. The antique-style finish and sculpted relief add exceptional depth and texture to both pieces. The set comes in a box.
