Produced by the Australian Perth Mint in 2017, this 1/10 oz gold coin celebrates the tenth animal in the Chinese Zodiac. It's said that people born under the influence of the rooster sign are hardworking, loyal, honest and sociable.

The obverse shows a rooster proudly standing in a typically Chinese scene, between bamboo and leaves. We can also see the Chinese character for "rooster" as well as the inscription "Year of the Rooster" with the traditional "P" of the Perth Mint.

On the reverse we can see Queen Elizabeth II and the date, country and issue value of this coin.
